Description

Contribute at the Gold Partner sponsorship level to receive:

• A small booth banquet floor space – 4′ by 8′ – for lunch, mingle, and registration hours.

• Bringing 2 employees to the event.

• One half-page ad in a handout and one half-page data/promotional article/offering in the grower handout.

• Preferred Logo presentation on posters and a handout, half of a table and poster space behind the swag giveaway tables display located in the dining area.

• High-grade marketing publicity.

• Gratitude mark on the back of the grower badge.

• Swag bag opportunity.

• December 9th end-of-day swag toss-out – prize giveaway in-kind grower gifts. Note: Prizes should be something growers can benefit from, with a retail value of $30-50 that is also safe to be tossed into the crowd.

  SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All sponsorship funds go to support growers’ education.

  • There are no refunds for sponsorships for any reason.

  • In the unlikely event that under 100 growers RSVP to attend, the conference will be rescheduled for February 2023 and your space will be held.
